We want you to love your Mint Velvet purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, in their original condition, and with all garment tags still attached.

  Place your items back in their original packaging, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed to prevent any damage during transit.

  Label and Send

  Print your prepaid return label at home or use a digital QR code at your chosen drop-off point, such as a local Post Office or courier hub.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team has processed your return at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
